At Kitsch Hazel, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. However, if you find that your item does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Returns:

  • You may return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Please include your order number and reason for the return in your package.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for your desired item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes discounted items and limited edition products.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
